OSHA's Suspends Activities Related to Emergency Temporary Standard
The biggest news this week broke on Wednesday, November 17, when the Occupational Safety and Health Administration "suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation."
OSHA's announcement comes on the heels of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reaffirming and extending it's initial stay.
The scathing response from the 5th Circuit includes:
"the Mandate is a one-sizefits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing on workers’ varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly “grave danger” the Mandate purports to address."

What this means: no private business has the legal right to require you, their employee, to be vaccinated or provide proof of vaccination.
Though this is a powerful rebuke of the Biden Administration's overreach, and the stay provides a strong reference for further litigation, the stay does not directly affect the millions of active military, federal employees and federal contractors.
For them, we reference the work of Liberty Counsel.
Military, Federal Employees and Civilians & Contractors
Liberty Counsel is, to our knowledge, the only organization directly challenging the Department of Defense Mandatory Coronavirus Vaccination and President Biden's Executive Orders 14042 & 14043, which apply to Federal Employees and Civilians & Contractors of the Federal Government. They filed both a class action lawsuit and a temporary restraining order and injunction.
Liberty Counsel's legal team—Daniel Schmid, Roger Gannam, Harry Mihet, and Mat Staver were in Tampa for the preliminary injunction hearing on Monday, November 15 for Navy Seal 1 v. Biden.
From Harry Mihet:
The injunction hearing went well. It lasted until 3:30 PM, which was quite long. The Court had a lot of good questions, and was very interested in the details of the case. There was not a decision today, but we expect one imminently, very possibly later this week.

Fighting Vaccine Mandates

On October 15, Liberty Counsel filed a class action lawsuit "on behalf of members from all five branches of the military -- Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard -- federal employees and federal civilian contractors, who have been unlawfully mandated to get the COVID shots or face dishonorable discharge from the military or termination from employment."
As reported above, Liberty Counsel appeared in court in Tampa on Monday, requesting a temporary restraining order and injunction on behalf of all plaintiffs.

On Monday, November 15, The Ethical Skeptic posted a lengthy, solidly sourced treatise entitled "China’s CCP Concealed SARS-CoV-2 Presence in China as Far Back as March 2018."
Per the introduction:
